When I am not training clients, you can find me leading pop-up workouts in the community or training for half-marathons and obstacle runs.
My favorite workouts include Yoga, HIIT, and lifting heavy weights, but when I am working with clients, I employ a variety of training programs and workouts.
I started Warrior Fitness to help people live healthier, happier lives. I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are in their fitness journey and helping them discover their inner warrior! I am always excited to share my love for fitness with others.

Synchrounous personal training allows you to meet online with a trainer in real time. Your trainer guides you through a personalized workout and provides coaching, feedback, and progress tracking.
Refer someone who books 3 synchronous or asynchronous online sessions and you earn a free session.
Invite a friend to join your synchronous session for half the price.
With asynchronous personal training, your trainer creates personalized workout plans for you to execute at a time that is ocnvenient for you. You have regular check-ins with your trainer to boost your accountability and success toward reaching your fitness goals.
This is useful if you want a personalized training plan for an upcoming race or want to accomplish a specific fitness milestone and you don't need one-on-one training to accomplish your goal.

We love serving our community! If you have a church, school, or other type of community organization that wants to conduct an event or training, please submit a request for more information below and someone will contact you to customize a discounted rate for your group.
